  • Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans, but please call us at 888-795-1110 to verify your specific plan coverage before your appointment. Don't have insurance? We offer several options to help make healthcare affordable. Call us for more information.

  • Do You Accept Self-Pay / Any Program for No Insurance?

Yes, we accept self-pay. We also offer a sliding scale program. Patients can apply for it, and fees will vary depending on their income bracket.

  • Are there fees for Lab Work (Self-Pay Patients)

We typically refer these inquiries to the front desk for accurate details.

  • Is there a fee for paperwork or forms?

We'll confirm the details once we know what's needed. Please contact our office at 888-795-1110 to discuss any paperwork requirements and associated fees.

  • How far in advance should I schedule appointments?

For routine visits, we recommend scheduling 2-4 weeks in advance. For urgent concerns, we offer same-day appointments when available. New patient appointments typically require more time, so please schedule these as early as possible.

  • What is the earliest available appointment?

This depends on several factors: preferred location, insurance, appointment type, and the provider's availability.

  • Do you have a grace period for Late Arrivals

There is a 15-minute grace period for follow-up appointments. If the patient is later than 15 minutes, we coordinate with the front desk to see if the provider can still accommodate or if the appointment needs to be rescheduled.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.

  • Can I reschedule my appointment?

Please call us at 888-795-1110 to reschedule your appointment, and we'll work with you to find a convenient time.

  • What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a valid ID, insurance card, and any relevant medical records or prescriptions.

  • Can I get a refill on my medication?

If your refill request was not processed, there are several possible reasons: the refill may not have been sent by your provider, there may have been an error while sending, or it may have been sent to a different pharmacy. Please contact our office at 888-795-1110 to resolve any medication refill issues.

  • Turnaround Time (TAT) for Medication Refill, Referral, and Prior Authorization (PA)

Medication refills are sent out within the same day, typically at the end of the day. Referrals and PAs depend on the specific request. We usually coordinate with the offshore MA after confirming the details with the patient.

  • Turnaround Time (TAT) for Callback from MA, Provider, or Onshore Staff

Standard response time is 24–48 hours. If the patient doesn't receive a callback within that window, we advise them to call us back for an update.

  • How do I access my medical records?

You can access your medical records through our secure patient portal or by contacting our medical records department at medicalrecords@firstpersonclinic.org. You can also request records by calling our main number at 888-795-1110.

  • How do I access my lab results?
